Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the E&E Automotive Repair website (the "Site") and your engagement of our repair and maintenance services, and our vehicle sales/purchase services (collectively, "Services"). By using the Site or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates & Authorization

We will provide an estimate before performing repair work. We will not perform work or incur charges beyond the authorized amount without your approval. If additional work is needed, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. Diagnostic or teardown fees, if any, will be disclosed in advance.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

You may request an appointment through our booking tool. Please provide accurate vehicle and contact information. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us reasonable notice.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may retain a vehicle until authorized charges are paid, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Warranty

Any warranty on parts or labor will be stated on your invoice or repair order. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or failure to perform recommended maintenance. Parts warranties may be limited to those offered by the manufacturer or supplier.

5. Vehicle Storage & Personal Property

Please remove valuables and personal property before leaving your vehicle. We are not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle. Vehicles left after completion and notification may be subject to reasonable storage charges and applicable lien procedures, as permitted by law.

6. Vehicle Sales & Purchases

E&E is a licensed wholesale dealer that buys and sells vehicles. Any sale or purchase of a vehicle is subject to a separate written agreement and applicable law. Unless expressly stated in writing, used vehicles are sold "as is." Descriptions on the Site are for general information and are not a warranty of any specific vehicle's condition.

7. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 to use the Site. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by E&E or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site uses and links to third-party services (such as our booking provider and hosting). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This does not limit any warranty we expressly provide on repair work or a vehicle in a signed document.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E&E will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability relating to specific Services is addressed in your repair order, invoice, or sale agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located in California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
